Fabulous accommodation, incredibly kind staff, magnificent location in the Recoleta area. Awesome and incredible breakfasts, with yogurts and nuts, for instance. Location close enough to Florida Street, Buenos Aires, or car ride to the best places, and the cemetery.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to numerous restaurants, shops, a tango show and an iconic theater, several attractions within walking distance, and the opera house and downtown area. The breakfast spread was AWESOME and incredible, with a wide array of excellent options.

The location and spa and swimming pool at the roof. The breakfast is copious.
Number of persons serving at the desk and reception are insufficiant, and when you call the reception from the room sometimes they don't answer to your call because they are all busy. Secondly, while we were waiting our turn at the reception desk, somebody came and took our turn and start talking to the personnel named laura at the desk. Laura ignored our presence and continue to talk to the Argentine's lady instead of telling her to take a turn in line. We were obliged to stopped laura and tell her what she has to do. She didn't apologized at the moment but lately in the conversation. In one term the lady is not professional.

Well located in Centro with access to shopping, Teatro Colon, and walking distance to Puerto Madero.
Had to pay for access to pool and gym. No free WiFi. Room window faced onto building next door and no sunlight, so room was dark.
